Step 1 - Assessment

First, we'll assess the car for damage, both structural and external, and put a quote together for the work. This can be provided to your insurer for approval.

Step 2 - Replace Part Order

After receiving authorisation from your insurer. We will order all the parts required for the repair. We will then organise for you to bring the car into our workshop once the parts have arrived.

Step 3 - Repair

Our expert panel and paint technicians will then get to work repairing or replacing any damaged areas. We then paint over the repaired area to seamlessly match your existing panels. We use a combination of our in house spray booth and the best quality paint (Glasurit) to achieve results that have to be seen to be appreciated.

Step 4 - Handover

The car will then be detailed and prepared for collection. We'll then call you to organise a pickup time.
